What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that all cancellations be made 48 prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations made closer than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the service booked.
For example, if you book a Hollis Essentials Treatment at $175 and cancel 1 day prior, your card will be charged $87.50 for the canceled appointment.
Can I receive a head spa treatment if my hair is colored or highlighted?
Yes! You may receive a head spa treatment with color treated or highlighted hair.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Be comfortable! We have robes, smocks, and wraps to change into.
Should my hair be clean or dirty when I arrive at my appointment?
You can come with clean or dirty hair. Leave the washing up to us!
Do you have a waitlist?
Yes! If you go to our booking page, choose the day and time frame that you would prefer. Below the calendar will be a “add to waitlist” link. Click “ add to waitlist” and fill out the appropriate information. If an appointment becomes available you will automatically be contacted via text message. Our waitlist is first come, first serve.
I have trouble laying flat with my back. Will I be uncomfortable during my treatment?
We have several different size knee bolsters (pillows) to place under your knees to ensure your comfort. If you have trouble lying flat for a specific timeframe, we suggest booking the treatment based on the amount of time that you would feel most comfortable.
Can I book a treatment with my partner at the same time?
You can! Each guest can choose of our luxurious Head Spa treatments and one of our rejuvenating facials for a truly memorable escape.
We offer three Head Spa treatments and two facial options—each curated and coordinated with care to ensure your day is as seamless as it is soothing.
To reserve, simply text us at 239-898-3437. Our spa coordinator will assist you in booking and providing more info! Spots are limited.
Can I receive a head spa treatment while I have hair extensions?
We do not recommend or offer head spa treatments with hair extensions. We do highly recommend a head spa treatment between extension removal and reapplication! It's a great way to cleanse your scalp and reset before a new set of extensions are installed.
